When you first go to sign into Office 365 it will prompt you to setup 2FA.

Click Next on More Information Required dialogue box.
Once the next screen appears, download the Microsoft Authenticator app to your phone.
You can search from the apps store for Microsoft Authenticator, use the links below or scan the QR codes below to go to the app page.

Once the app is installed, open it on the phone and click Next on the dialogue box below on your computer.
On the phone, click Accept if prompted.
On the phone, select Add Account
Select Add Work or School account
Select Scan QR code
If prompted, allow the app to use the camera.
Return to the desktop and select Next
Scan QR code with Authenticator on phone and once the account is added, select Next on the computer
Note the number on the computer. Select the notification on your phone and enter this number there.
Click Yes
Return to your computer and click Next
Then click done and you are finished the setup.
